Oral presentations
For your oral presentation we plan with (max.) 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for setup and discussion. A laptop computer will be available for presentation where you can upload (via USB/CD/DVD/SD) your slides (in PPT or PDF format) as well as any multimedia material and test it in one of the coffee or lunch breaks before your session.

If you plan to bring your own computer for the presentation, you will be responsible for proper setup and testing on site in one of the breaks well in advance of your technical session. Of course, the local organizers will provide assistance. But please be aware that any technical problems occuring during the time of presentation from your computer will have to be at the cost of the time available for your presentation.

Poster presentations
The size of the poster stands is 1.2m x 1.5m. Your poster must not exceed this size. All posters will be presented in two poster sessions on Tue Nov 16 evening and Wed Nov 17 morning. In addition we will have a poster spotlight session on Tue Nov 16 afternoon where you can promote your poster by using 1 or (max.) 2 slides
in (max.) 2 minutes. This spotlight session will be organized as a gong show.

Please send your slides (1 or 2 pages only) in PDF format not later than Nov 10 to the local chair ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). The poster stands are ready for preparation on Tuesday morning. Please prepare your poster in time for the poster session.

The poster stands will be removed on Wednesday around 1 pm. Please remove your poster if you like to keep it. Otherwise we can not guarantee that it will be remaing at the conference center.

Best Paper Award
The best paper award will be awarded during the conference banquet on Wednesday November 17.
